From Monday, 19 June 2017 - Please log in on the www.wosa.co.za website and review and update your company details on the producer information section as new data fields have  been added, like Company VAT number and Company name vs Trading name.

Producers can now add their wines on the system to have it readily available to add when they enter wines for a tasting.  Once this has been done once, you will not have to do it again for the same wine at other tastings.

You can edit and update your profile when needed as this will help WOSA to access accurate information about your company and facilities.  

As a member you can also now manage access to your portfolio on the website by adding or removing users.

From Monday, 19 June 2017  Go to www.wosa.co.za, click on the link Become a WOSA Member

Register in 5 easy steps and create and update your profile as often as possible in order for WOSA to have the most up to date and accurate information about your company.

• on the dashboard you will be able to see your latest invoices sent by WOSA (membership & shows)
• view the latest newsletters
• view the latest shows and events taking place for which you can register
• update your wine portfolio to have it available to choose from for future shows and events hosted by WOSA
• add and delete users on your company profile
• reset your passwords
• capture additional billing information (contact person/address/VAT nr).  

Please update this information as soon as possible in order for us to have the correct billing information and VAT nrs for invoices.

• On www.wosa.co.za log in with your current username and password – If you can’t remember the details, click on forgot password and a reset option will be emailed to you
• You will find new events as well as information still missing from your profile mentioned in the notification block, the lastest newsletters posted will be listed in the newsletter block and invoices for membership and shows sent by WOSA from the start date of the new system, will be listed in the invoice block.
• Open the MENU on the top left of the screen where  you will find all the categories to update and enter information
• Update your billing address, VAT nr & other relevant information.  Please note the Company Name and Trade Name difference (Trade name will be on invoices and other correspondence).
• Book shows and submit wine entries via the Show Registration and Wine Entry tab
• The Online library is also accessible from this menu
